The good-to-knows

We’ve gathered the essentials here — delivery timings, returns, and how we pack each order. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just send us a note.

  • Each piece is packed with care. While we often ship sooner, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days. Please note this is in addition to our dispatch window — orders may take up to 14 days to leave our studio, though many are sent sooner.

  • Not at the moment — we’re focusing on UK deliveries only. We are working towards expanding in the future, so if you’re based abroad and would love to place an order, please get in touch with us.

  • Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed once the piece arrives safely back with us.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement if stock allows, or a refund.

  • We don’t offer gift wrap, but every order comes beautifully presented in a canvas bag with maker cards — perfect for gifting as it is.

  • All pieces are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery. We use recyclable and reusable materials wherever possible.

  • Care instructions are provided for each product on its page and included in your package — from cleaning marble and brass to looking after linen.

  • The majority of our collection is handmade in small batches by independent makers in the UK and Italy. Because of this, you may notice subtle variations between pieces — a mark of their artisanal nature.
