Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand with great care. While I always try to dispatch sooner when possible, please allow up to 14 days for your parcel to leave the studio. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.

Where we ship:
We currently deliver to the UK and the EU. If you’re based elsewhere and interested in ordering, please get in touch.

Delivery methods:
– UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
– EU: DPD UK (5–10 working days)
Delivery time is in addition to the dispatch window.

EU orders:
Please note that EU customers may be charged local VAT or a handling fee upon delivery, collected by the destination country’s postal service.

Packaging:
Each order arrives beautifully presented in a reusable canvas bag, with maker cards enclosed. Everything is carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
